About Me

Op. Dr. Ediz Karataş

I was born in 1992 in Adana. I graduated from Adana Anatolian High School in 2010 and from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2016. I completed my specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Ankara Etlik Zübeyde Hanım Women’s Health Training and Research Hospital.

I took an active role in many deliveries, surgeries, and gynecological procedures during my specialization. I began my professional career at Bodrum State Hospital, and after working there for approximately 2.5 years, I continued at Bodrum Acıbadem Medical Center. I am currently working at ASV Yaşam Hospital in Antalya.

Pregnancy follow-up, vaginal delivery, cesarean section, HPV testing, smear, and colposcopy are among my areas of interest. I approach women’s health with a holistic perspective and value clear and open communication with my patients.
